Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.

Expect potential color variances with emeralds
Color variance intense. Ordered a may emerald and it looks like August. Went a day after the 30 day exchange/return window (our fault) but the explanation of diff colors and how light the emerald is means we’ll have to change it ourselves. Looks nice other than that
