Yes! When you make your reservation, you can assign one or several alternate people who are authorized to pick up your jewelry rental. Anyone who picks up a rental order must show a valid ID that matches one of the names added to the reservation.
To cancel, please call the store where you made the reservation. You can cancel your reservation without any fees 10 days or more before your pick-up date. If you cancel less than 10 days from your pick-up date, there is a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations are not available on or after the pick-up date.

No, purchased rental items are not subject to our Return Policy and cannot be returned.
Yes, additional authorized people can be added to your reservation, but it must be done in person at your pick-up store in order to verify your identity.
Reservations must be made in person at participating Zales store locations. We recommend you book an appointment with a Jewelry Expert to view and select your jewelry rental styles. An initial payment for half of the rental fee will be taken by credit card at the time of your reservation. The balance of your rental fee will be charged automatically on your pick-up date.
Rental reservations must be created at least 10 days before the pick-up date. We encourage you to reserve your item(s) in a timely manner to ensure availability. Same day rentals can’t be accommodated at this time.
We can change your reservation dates as long as the items you reserved are available for the new rental period. We can’t add or remove items from an existing reservation, but we can cancel the current reservation and create a new one with updated selections, as long as it’s 10 days or more before the pick-up date. Please contact your store to discuss.
No. Cancellations are not available on or after the pick-up date. You can pick up your rental jewelry anytime between your original pick-up and return dates. However late pick-ups must still be returned on the original return date. For example, if you pick up your order 3 days into your rental period, you will still need to return it on your original return date, 11 days later.
We have extensive cleaning protocols in place. All jewelry is cleaned and sterilized with medical grade alcohol-based jewelry cleaners, and each piece is inspected by our dedicated, gloved operations team.
Yes! All participating stores have some merchandise available to try on. Some stores may not have the full collection on display, but all participating stores can reserve any of the styles in the collection.
No, not at this time. We are looking to add this capability in the future.
The Zales x Rocksbox Fine Jewelry Rental collection is exclusive and can only be rented or purchased through the rental program. The 36-piece assortment includes necklaces, earrings, bracelets, sets, and one ring. All other Zales merchandise is not available for rental.
All designs in the Zales x Rocksbox Fine Jewelry Rental collection are fashioned in white 10K gold and set with brilliant lab-created diamonds.
If the items are lost, reported stolen, or damaged during your rental period, you are responsible for the purchase price of the merchandise. As a reminder you are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Please see the rental agreement terms here.

If you do not return the jewelry item(s) within seven (7) days of the return date, you will be charged the full purchase price minus the rental fee, for all unreturned items, and they will be yours to keep. Can’t part with your jewelry rental? Visit your rental store to purchase the item(s) you want to keep. We'll apply 100% of the rental fee (per item) toward its purchase!
Your jewelry rental must be returned to the same store where it was picked up.
Yes! We’re excited for your special event! Once you make a reservation, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of the program terms. You will receive email reminders for your pick-up and return dates. If you opt-in to SMS messages during your reservation, you will also receive text messages.
