Make Your Purchase Online and Pick Up In Store

No waiting for shipping. This option gives you (almost) instant jewelry-shopping gratification! Great for last-minute birthday shopping, anniversaries, or grabbing a holiday gift. 

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. See and shop your local ZALES store’s currently available inventory.
  2. Go to "Select Your Store" in the top left corner. Enter your ZIP code into the search bar.
  3. Choose the ZALES location you want to shop.
  4. Filter on the Get It Fast refinement before you start shopping.
  5. Browse the store’s available inventory and add to your shopping bag.
  6. At checkout, select Pick Up Order and pay for your item(s).
  7. We'll text or email when your item(s) is ready.
  8. You can pick up your purchase right away – and we’ll hold your purchase for three (3) days..
  9. If your purchase is not picked up within three (3) days, it will be returned and original method of payment credited.

Shop Online And Ship to Your ZALES

Always Free, Always a Great Way to Hide the Surprise

No matter what you purchase from ZALES, shipping to your local store is always free. No minimum purchase and no waiting for special offers.
 

Here’s how it works:

  1. At checkout, choose Ship to Store.
  2. Refer to your Estimated Arrival Date for the best estimate of when your package will arrive at your local store. Your purchase ships UPS Second Business Day Air. Shipping estimates do not account for processing time, which may vary.
  3. You receive an email when your purchase arrives at your ZALES.
  4. You have 30 days to pick up your purchase. (Only you can pick up your order. We’ll ask you to sign for it and show a valid photo ID.)
  5. After 30 days, orders are returned and original method of payment credited.

Ship to your local ZALES or shop your store’s inventory, and we’ll keep your item(s) secure until pickup. Plus, we always require photo ID and a signature at pickup for added security.

Make the presentation perfect. Request gift wrapping at checkout, and when you visit your ZALES for pick-up, your item will be wrapped by one of our helpful store associates so you can make a beautiful impression. Always free.

Additional time is reflected in the Estimated Arrival Date on individual product information pages, in the shopping bag, and throughout the checkout process. Additional time may be required to:

  • Fulfill a special order
