DELIVERY & PICK UP

We want to make your shopping experience at Zales.com easy and convenient. We are pleased to offer you two ways to receive your purchase - Pick Up In Store or Delivery!

Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. For your protection, orders of $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. UPS® will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.

Shipping Conditions & Exclusions

We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding U.S. federal holidays. Note: The estimated delivery date shown in Checkout takes into account weekends and federal holidays, if applicable.

Shipping options depend on your shipping address. We may require additonal time to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

Customized/Personalized Products: Please refer to the actual delivery date shown in Checkout, which includes the additional processing time needed for customization, personalization and ring sizing. RING SIZING: Rings ship in their standard size (7 for ladies and 10 for men) unless a specific size is selected. Please allow up to 6 additional business days for delivery of specified sizes (ex. 5, 8, 11, etc.).

Express Shipping is not available for rings that require sizing, and is also not available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or P.O. boxes. APO/FPO address may require additional time for delivery. Express Shipping delivery is available in most areas. An Estimated Delivery Date will be provided at the time your order is placed. Estimated Delivery Date is the time to process and package the item, PLUS the time to ship to you, based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customers can obtain their UPS®/USPS tracking number via email once their item has been packaged and is ready for shipment.

Business days are Monday‐Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

WEATHER DELAYS: Severe weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Zales.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on a weather delay.

What if my carrier says my package has been delivered, but I’m not seeing it anywhere? Oh, no! We can help investigate. Start by submitting an online form that describes your situation, and we’ll get started.

Need your jewelry fast and can’t get away? Shop your local ZALES online and get it delivered today without having to leave home! Great for last-minute birthday shopping, anniversaries that pop up, or grabbing a holiday gift. Here's how it works:

  1. Go to "Select Your Store," in the top left corner of your screen. Enter your zip code into the search bar.
  2. Choose the ZALES location you want to shop.
  3. Make sure to select your store under the “Get It Fast” filter to browse product eligible for local delivery.
  4. Browse and add to your shopping bag.
  5. At checkout, select Ship to Home and continue through checkout process.
  6. Select Same-Day Delivery from the Shipping Options and complete your purchase.
  7. Your order will be delivered by Same Day Delivery Carrier on the same business day if ordered by 1PM*.
  8. Tracking will be provided once your order is on its way!

*Order by 1PM local time for Same Day Delivery. Available on select products. Not available at all locations. Additional fee for Same Day Delivery. Contact a Virtual Jewelry Consultant for details.

Same-Day Delivery FAQs

How much does it cost?
Cost is currently set as $29.95.

How long does it take to deliver?
Exact delivery times will vary. If an order is placed by 1pm local time it can be delivered on the same day; orders placed after the cutoff time may not/will not be delivered on the same day. If you have paid for Same-Day Delivery and do not receive the order on the same day, please call Customer Care requesting a refund for the Same-Day Delivery charges.

How do I cancel my same-day delivery?
Orders can be canceled up to the point it has been moved into ‘Ready for Pickup’ status. It can also be canceled via the website during the return period or by contacting Customer Care or the store where the order will be fulfilled. Once the order has been prepared and is Ready for Pickup, it cannot be cancelled.

Do I need to be home to receive my same-day delivery order?
If the order is below $1000, then it will be left in a secure location. If the order is at or above $1000, a signature is required at the time of delivery, and the customer must be home to receive the delivery. In the case where the customer is not home to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to the store and the customer will be refunded.

Yes, a tracking link is provided when you receive the ‘your order is on its way’ message.

Ship to a UPS Access Point™

Looking for a secure, flexible delivery option? You can have your package shipped to a UPS Access Point near you.

  • Available for most orders $5,000 or less.
  • Simply choose a UPS Access Point near you and select your preferred shipping method.
  • We’ll deliver your order to the UPS Access Point you chose and email you a pickup code when your item is ready.
  • When you get to your UPS Access Point, show your pickup code to collect your package.
  • You’ll have 7 days from delivery to pickup your order, after which UPS will send it back to us.

Pick your purchase up at your local store or have it delivered to you curbside!
Choose to have your order shipped to the Zales OR Zales Outlet nearest you, and we'll pay the shipping charges. When you pick up your order in the store, our experienced Jewelry Consultants will be on hand to help answer any questions.

1. Click My Store at the top left corner of the page and enter your zip code. Select the store you would like to shop.

4. We'll email you when your item(s) is ready. You can also opt in to receive texts when your order is ready.
5. You can pick up your right away or within 7 business days.
6. If you are unable to pick up your purchase within 7 days, a one time extension to 10 days is available. After the pickup period has passed (7-10 days), orders will be returned and the original method of payment credited.

3. Shop as you would normally. At checkout, select Pickup Your Order. If you prefer your order be brought to your car, click the Select to use Curbside Pick Up box. Pay for your item(s) and we will email you when your purchase is ready for pick up. You can also opt in to receive texts when your order is ready.
4. We'll email or text you when your item(s) is ready. Click on the link in the email or text message, enter your vehicle information and click "I'm On My Way."
5. Once you arrive at our Curbside Pick Up area, click the "I'm Here" button in your email or text message. Follow the prompts for confirmation and an associate will head your way with your purchase. Make sure to have your photo ID handy!!
6. We'll hold your purchase for three days. If your purchase is not picked up within the alloted time, it will be returned to stock and the original method of payment credited.

Any purchase made online can be shipped FREE to your local store for pickup!*

2. At Checkout, select the Pickup My Order option.
3. Your items will be shipped to your selected store at no cost to you.
4. We will email you when your order arrives.
5. You can pick your order up right away or within 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your purchase within 7 days, a one time extension to 10 days is available. (Only you can pick up your order. We’ll ask you to sign for it and show a valid photo ID.)
6. After the pick up period has passed (7 to 10 days), orders will be returned and the original method of payment credited.
