Your online purchase may be returned to any of our stores or returned by mail to our distribution center.
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry, and within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date for watches. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
This item is available for rent through the Zales x Rocksbox Fine Jewelry Rental program. Book an appointment with your nearest participating Zales store to select to reserve your jewelry rental. This item is not eligible for the Lifetime Diamond Commitment or the Lifetime Guaranteed Diamond Trade-In Value. This item can be returned according to the Zales Return Policy except it can not be exchanged and can only be returned at a Zales store location. Rental Fees are final and will not be included in any refund. This item is part of our jewelry rental program and may have been previously worn. All pieces are thoroughly cleaned and inspected in between rentals.
