Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry, and within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date for watches. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
Ruby is commonly subject to enhancement processes or treatments such as heating, diffusion and filling, which may not be permanent and may require special care. Gently clean by rinsing in warm water and drying with a soft cloth. Avoid chemicals, heat and ultrasonic cleaning.
This jewelry is made with lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds have the same optical, chemical and physical properties as diamonds created by the earth. Merchandise which includes lab-grown diamonds is eligible for trade-in under the Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Policy.
