Adding just the right touch of sparkle, lab-created white sapphires and shimmering diamond accents top the earring and pendant, and embrace each side of the lab-created Ceylon sapphire centered on the ring. The pendant suspends along an 18.0-inch rope chain that secures with a spring-ring clasp, and the earrings secure comfortably with friction backs. Polished to a bright shine, the ring is available in size 7 only. Sterling silver rings cannot be resized after purchase.
