Easy to Break
I bought this item for my girlfriend’s birthday 9/6 and thank goodness I did the lifetime warranty. It broke 4 days later. The chain had became unattached to the heart. Seems flimsy hopefully they fix it.

I never got my package and zales did nothing to assist not even a refund when the ups picture to prove delivery doesn’t show a label and you can not tell what is in the picture
