sent a “repaired” necklace, hair inside
this was clearly used, broken, and returned. the glass casing separated from the base after 3 days, on top of that there was a suspicious small strand of hair stuck within the glass encasing, suggesting that this happened before, then was stuck back together with a strand of random hair in there. never ordering from zales again.
