A lovely choice, this vintage-inspired diamond heart-shaped locket is just her style. Crafted in sterling silver, this pretty quilt-look pattern features sparkling diamonds and milgrain-lined interlocking circles. The locket opens to reveal space for a small photo or memento. The back features cutout detail as well. Radiant with 1/10 ct. t.w. of diamonds and a brilliant buffed luster, this hinged pendant suspends from a diamond and milgrain bail along an 18.0-inch cable chain that secures with a spring-ring clasp.
