Beautiful But Certificate Not Included
I ordered this necklace as a gift for my niece. It’s beautiful but I was so disappointed that the diamond certificate was missing from the package. I called customer service and I have to take the necklace into a store so the store can certify it and order the certificate. This is inconvenient and disappointing.
