Gift Card Redemption

Zales.com offers two convenient Gift Cards - Zales Gift Card and Zales.com eGift Card.

Zales Gift Cards can be purchased at www.Zales.com or at any Zales or Zales Outlet retail store. It may be redeemed online at www.Zales.com or any Zales or Zales Outlet retail store.

Zales.com eGift Cards are sent via e-mail to recipients. The e-mail includes a code redeemable only on Zales.com. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail. The Zales.com eGift Card is valid on any purchase.

To redeem either type of Gift Card, follow these simple steps:

• Shop Zales.com. Select items you wish to purchase and add to your Shopping Bag.
  
  
• On the Shopping Bag. Click "Proceed to Secure Checkout."
  
  
• Payment Page. Enter your Gift Card Number and unique PIN (codes are case sensitive) and click "Apply". If you have more than one Gift Card, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one.
  
  
• Keep your Gift Cards. Please hold onto all Gift Cards used in the purchase until your order arrives. If your order cannot be fulfilled, it may be necessary to credit the card(s).
