1/4 CT. Diamond Solitaire Pendant in 14K White Gold
Grad gift to myself =)
I just bought this for myself as a grad gift for completing my Associate's degree! I am actually very well versed in diamonds so I won't sugar coat it. No, this is not the best quality diamond out there and not even for the price. I bought it on sale and that was my sole reasoning for rationalizing the purchase instead of heading to more stringent vendors.
That said, I LOVE my little pendant. It was a tad smaller than expected but not microscopic. My personal opinion is that the chain is cheap and too long for this size diamond. I will be putting it on one that puts the diamond closer to my neck.
I used my loupe to look at the diamond under 10x magnification and yes, there are inclusions as expected for an I2. Luckily mine are not in the center and you cannot see them with the naked eye. I was surprised that I even saw the arrows in the diamond which I can't see in my old promise ring from here (3 stone .5ct).
All in all I think this is a good buy if you want something you can wear daily - to the office, with jeans, or a night out. I'm very content with my purchase and may consider earrings of similar "quality" in the future! :-)

Nice simple everyday piece
The first review for this item is pretty spot on which prompted me to check out the item for myself. It is dainty and the chain is slightly longer than if should be for the size of the diamond. But this item is very versatile, I can see myself wearing it to work or out to dinner, it's a classic look for someone on a budget. The diamond is not the greatest but you would have to have a jewelers loop to really notice the inclusions. It does have a lot of sparkle in the light. Definitely a keeper!
