I love the style but was VERY disappointed. I LOVE my ring - because my loved ones picked it out regardless of the quality - but I can still be upset. My fiancé and our daughter went into the store and picked this ring out. It was very special - I had NOTHING to do with it - (which is why it was so special). It meant a lot that they picked it out. He proposed and I was in awe and then I noticed the large chunk of carbon in the center diamond. So we went back to the store...(which is way over an hour from our home)...and they agreed to order another ring. I waited 5 days or so - then went back again...the new ring had a horrible diamond in the center - it was all cloudy. I drove over an hour to look at that diamond. Then the manager proceeded to say that diamonds in this price range are going to look like this. Well- I didn't know the price range and it was incredibly rude to say this in front of me, it really upset my fiancé...now they are ordering 4 rings this time for me to go look at. Service wise - I guess they are handling the situation the best they can - but my engagement is now no longer special and has been ruined because of this ring. August 3, 2012
