Diamonds really are a girl's best friend! My fiance purposed with this ring. It is absolutely gorgeous and definitely a stunner. I love its vintage inspired style and the fact that it is an engagement ring and jacket in one. I personally chose to wear this set as a whole- as my engagement ring as I found the ring made a bigger statement as one rather than just the center piece. I purchased a complementing ring to wear as a wedding band. I wish the center stone had a higher clarity and that it did not have such visible inclusions but we plan on replacing the diamond with a better diamond in the near future. Overall this is a gorgeous ring and I am still getting compliments every single day even after almost 2 years. February 7, 2013
What a surprise to receive! My husband surprised me with this ring Christmas of 2011 in the way of proposing. We had talked about getting married, but had thought it was still a few years off. We went on a carriage ride to see the lights of Rhema and imagine my delight when he got down on one knee, fished this out of his pocket and asked for my hand. I couldn't even tell you what the lights were like...all I remember is his smiling face and this beautiful ring on my finger. Thank you Zales for being a part of this! The ring looks much more expensive than it actually is. The details are elegant and far from plain. The only "con" is it can't be sized down too small so the engagement ring fit a little loose...but it fits much better now that the wedding bands are in place. I would definitely recommend this ring!
