Loved it! I often by a lot of my jewelry online from Zales.. I have been looking for a decent cross necklace for some time now. I had my eyes on this other necklace until I came across this one. I fell in love with it.. Great purchase, great quality. The only thing I would change about it is the chain, but other from that I AM IN LOVE with it! January 9, 2012
Great value but average presentation I recently purchased this necklace online for my girlfriend for Christmas. The Cross pendant itself was simply beautiful and my girlfriend was very happy. Upon recieving the necklace via FEDEX I was a bit disapointed when I opened the box. This is very knitpicky but with a marketing background presentation counts. The gift box was dinged a bit and the box was cheaply made. I took the gift to the local Zales store and they told me that the box was the nicest they had, however the lady at the store took the box and wrapped it very nicely which helped. The chain was also a bit underwhelming and as a customer I would gladly pay a bit more for an impressive presentation rather than a mediocre one. All that being said I was overall satisfied and will continue to keep my eye on Zales for upcoming gift ideas. January 3, 2012

elizabeth818 I am a very picky person with my diamonds I dont like when they are cloudy or yellow they have to be clear and sparkle, but this cross would Not recommend at all very cloudy and yellow diamonds. June 23, 2011
