Suitable for a young girl, NOT adult I purchased this angel pendant for my best friend's mom. My best friend passed away years ago, and her mom is fond of all things angel. I thought this pendant was perfect: it looked delicate, angelic, and sweet. The review that I read was glowing. The pendant is adorable; however, it's not for an adult woman. I'm not sure that a high-school age girl would want to wear it. I would give this to an adolescent girl, and would not have purchased it for my friend's mother had I seen it in the store. It seems cheap, flimsy, and isn't as shiny as it appears online. However, I bought it online for Christmas, and what's done is done. I most definitely included the receipt for her to exchange it if she would like. December 24, 2012

Simple Angel - Black Hills Gold This piece is so very simple and goes with everything. Give it a try. With gold prices the way they are right now, it is worth it. Make sure to always wipe it down since it is Sterling Silver. Keep in it's original case with one of those little black paper piieces that it comes with. This necklace goes with every pair of earrings I have purchased thru Zales thus far. Be careful with the pendant - it will come off of the chain which is kinda nice if you want to add another "item onto the chain with it - or use with another pendant".
