Poor quality! This is my last purchase from zales. These earrings arrived with a huge and very noticable chip missing out of one of the diamonds. Is there no quality control? The shine of the diamonds is nice, but the visible chunk missing really takes away from any positives. These will be returned. It is my second time getting very poor quality diamond studs from zales...look elsewhere. January 27, 2012
