Still Love it almost 2 1/2 years later My hubby proposed to me with this ring back in 2010 and I fell in love with this ring. He picked it out himself and did an amazing job. To this day this ring still sparkles and I love it. I only had one small diamond fall out once and it was after I had the ring sized. That was a few months after I received the ring. I have not any problems ever since and I still get compliments on this ring to this day. I get told it is beautiful and so glamorous. One of my favorite things about this ring is no one believes me that the center stone is only 3/4c. they always think it's larger because of the halo. I struggled to find a band to match up with it for our actual wedding day but I think I found the best option out there and hope to get a second one for the other side soon. January 30, 2013
Beautiful, but save yourself the heartache. When my fiance proposed to me with this ring, I cried. It was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what I wanted and I love it. The first problem came only 2 weeks after we were engaged.. then 4 months after that... and then 2 days after I got it back from the jeweler for the 3rd time! All of the little diamonds on the band and around the center diamond kept falling off. Keeping in mind that I never washed dishes or did anything around the house with my ring on, and I always took it off when I got home from work (an office job) I couldn't understand why the diamonds kept coming off. I was told it was because it was sized to a 5 from a 7 and that's always going to happen with a pave setting if your finger is that small. After the 4th stone replacement, we ended up taking it back to the store and exchanging it for a different ring, which is heartbreaking since I've fallen in love with the ring that my fiance proposed to me with. We've now ordered a new ring (a different style) in my size as opposed to having it sized down, and I hope I won't have to go through this hassle with the new ring. Thankfully we had purchased the insurance with the ring. If you're set on this ring, PLEASE get the insurance. And if you're smaller than a size 7 finger, don't have it sized down or you'll have the same problems that I did. Good luck! February 6, 2012
Gorgeous Ring!!! My fiancé surprised me with this ring in front of everyone at my birthday party in March 2011. This ring is so gorgeous and I'm not just saying that because it is mine. Even in the lounge under dim lights, this ring had amazing sparkle. I receive so many compliments. I waited to write a review because I was so nervous after reading some of the reviews on this website about diamonds falling out. After 9 months, luckily I have not had any mishaps. My best friend tricked me into looking at rings months before my engagement and secretly gave the info to my fiancé. I loved the subtle frame around this ring. It blends in well and the center diamond fits snug, making the diamond appear larger. One would have to look closely in order to notice the pave frame around the diamond. I am so happy with this ring. I bought 2 curved pave bands to go with it. I can't wait until April 2012 when I can wear the whole set!! December 22, 2011
I got my "princess" ring!!! I was so excited when my bf proposed to me, and to my surprise he had this ring! I had tried on this ring for fun, but was not expecting it at all. But right off the bat, I noticed a flaw right in the middle of the diamond, a black speck. I kept telling myself that maybe it wasn't there, and it was just the light. But it was so obvious... So I took the ring in to get sized, which was scary after reading all the reviews, but I had to because the ring was a size 7 and I'm a 5 1/4. And after talking to the same sales person who was there when I had tried on the ring, we discovered that the ring we had was in fact NOT the ring I had tried on before, and that the ring I had tried on was a much better quality diamond. I knew it! Thank God they still had the right ring, and it was a size 6 which would mean that it didn't have to get sized down as much. YAY! So off it went to get sized. I get a call today, a week later, and the sales person informes me that my ring is defective and can't be resized. WHAT?!?! So they are going to order in some of the same rings for us to look at, and if I still like that diamond in my ring better they will swap out the diamond for me. And better yet, I can wear the defective ring, with a sizer, until all of this happens. So all in all I think I'm happy, although I still won't know for sure until I get the right ring and it is sized to fit me. Only then will I know if this ring has been worth the trouble. But one thing I am sure of is the customer service so far, it's been AMAZING! Now if only I can get my ring... September 27, 2011
