let down Bougth this as a gift for my mom. I was super excited and knew she would love it until I received the item... The item didnt have the stone like it is shown on the picture or discription. i figured the item looks ok without the stone so we could avoid returning it and waiting an additional 3-4 weeks for her bracelet to be correct. The color began to fade with in a couple of weeks. To top it all off the charm with her initial falls off. Horrible quality, not what it appears . dissapointed. I'm glad my mom was a good sport and didn't complain, but i was still embarrassed. March 13, 2013
Nothing to write home about... I ordered it online and after 2 1/2weeks received it in the mail. I was very excited and really liked the way it looked with my gold ring. However, by the end of week after wearing it daily...the little stone fell off!!! I foolishly threw out the receipt- thinking I wouldn't need to return it because it was perfectly fine in the beginning. Now I have a plain bracelet with no stone in it. I'm planning a trip to Zale's soon to have the little stone replaced (hopefully). I have a love/hate relationship with this bracelet...the toggle gives it a nice contemporary look and I can even add other charms to it helping me forget that I spent money on something that so easily can fall apart. My sisters loved it! I purchased this as a gift for my sisters as we go on sister vacations and I thought this would be a great way to remember our times together by purchasing charms each year. When I purchased the bracelets I was assured that if I didn't like them, even after the initials were ingraved, that I could take them back to a Zales Store near me for a full refund. I really appreciated that, as purchasing jewerly on line is something that I have never done before. However, when I received them in the mail, I was very impressed with them. They were all and more that I hoped for. The representatives that I talked to over the phone answered all my concerns along with being very polite and professional.
