The perfect birthday surprise My wife's birthday was the day after our wedding this year, so she didn't expect a big birthday gift and I had planned on getting her a small necklace or earrings, but when I saw this watch it just seemed perfect. I surprised her with it and even though she was tired from the 2 day wedding event, her eyes lit up and she spent the next day showing everyone her new watch - even though it needed a link taken out still to fit perfectly! I scored major points with this one, and buying it in store i saved b/c they had a sale I hadnt known about. I was at the mall with my soon-to-be-wife when I saw the watch, and she was in another store, so the lady who sold it to me at Zales worked with me to get everything gift wrapped quickly and then found a bag from another store in the back that I could use so my fiance wouldn't know which store I had been shopping in. I rated the value of this watch a 4 instead of a 5 simply because with Movado you are paying a lot for the name, but my wife is loving it and the quality that goes with that name is part of it, so it is worth it.
