Bride-to-be was speechless! My bride-to-be and I were browsing the Zales jewelry store to get ideas for her engagement and wedding ring. We both went right to the 3 karat quad princess cut engagement and weddingband set. She knew right away that it was the ring for her! A week later I went back to the store and purchased it. The sales staff were highly trained, knowledgeable and very friendly. After getting the ring sized I went back to the store and picked it up. I could see the sparkle as soon as he pulled it from behind the counter! He handed it to me and I began looking the ring over. The cuts of the diamonds were very precise. The quality of the diamonds were better than what they were graded at. The metalwork was superb. When I proposed to my special lady, the sizing was perfect. We are absolutely enthralled with our purchase from Zales. Good job Zales team! We will be coming back with our future jewelery purchases and will be recommending you to all our friends! Totally Wow My husband bought this ring as we were sending mine in for repair. A diamond dropped out and while the sales clerk was writing it up, he said, would you like to look at another. The sales clerk was so helpful and pointed out this ring. Funny things was, it had to be sized. All week I couldn't remember what the ring looked like, When i picked it up, the sales clerk looked at it and went WOW!! When I slipped it on, I said WOW!!! This is a beautiful set!
