I've wanted this forever..but I had obsessed over this ring for months before I finally received it for my 21st birthday. BUT within a month of having it, the center ruby stone became loose. I thought maybe I had hit it on something and didn't think much of it. Zales fixed it and it was fine. well a week later, it became loose again. I went back, they fixed it and let me know that since it was a large stone I would need to get it fixed every six months. Well fast forward to having it for 6 months, I had to get it fixed atleast 6 or 7 times. After almost having it for two years, I've basically given up on getting it fixed every month. I LOVE the look of this ring, but I wish I would have known it would be like this, I would have not gotten it. April 18, 2013
Goregous Ring!!! My husband bought me this ring for Valentine's Day & our anniversary coming up. The picture does not do it justice!!! This ring is absolutely beautiful and the colors are amazing! Beautiful Heart I received this ring as a birthday present from my fiance because Ruby is my birthstone. I love it so very much. The only bad thing I would say about it is that it is top heavy (because of the amazing size of the heart) so make sure it fits well or it will turn on you. I love the look of it. I receive complements on it all the time. It is light and beautiful. Looks very expensive and makes for a great gift to say I LOVE YOU. Great for July Bday (birth stone is Ruby) or valentines day, anniversary, promise ring, or a just because gift. Defiantly recommend! I also bought the lifetime warranty with it.
