Triton 7.0mm Comfort Fit Tungsten Carbide Band
Didn't last through deployment before...
...getting severly tarnished. My husband and I have been married almost 2 years and have lived in 3 states in the last 3 years. This ring was fine, until he deployed to the pacific. When he left it was still in pefect condition. When he came home it had no shine at all, and it is now tarnished to a slate color. It's rough and not smooth. The design is barely visible through the rough slate color. Now it just looks like a cheap piece of metal. Otherwise it was a very lovely ring. I guess Tungsten isn't as mighty as we were lead to believe. (also he doesn't work with hazardous material or chemicals. The only thing we could figure was the constant ocean air causing this.)
*We will be taking it in after Christmas 2011 to see what zales can do. Hopefully the insurance will cover.

I bought this ring in the store close to three years ago, it is now a dull piece of metal and cannot be polished or fixed....I have seen one other friend's ring similar to my huband's wedding band, which was why I purchased this ring, and it looked in a similar way.

We bought this ring as my fiance's wedding band and he loves it! It's got a gray color and it's shiny but not at all in a feminine way. The metal type is impressive, SO strong. At first, I didn't like the design but when we saw it in person, I changed my mind, instantly. It's beautiful and so full of meaning.
