Disappointed... I am sorry to report that I bought this for my boyfriend with engraving for this past Christmas... Almost immediately the back where the engraving was started to deteriorate, and now - not even five months later - you can't even read what was engraved because it has deteriorated so bad. This was a very disappointing purchase and I would never buy from Zales again for this very reason. April 29, 2009
Tarnished My dad's a fire fighter and I bought this for him for Christmas, but when I received it, it was tarnished. It is made of a very poor quality and is very light. I did recive it very fast, and I love the evngraving, but now I have to go out of my way to the zales store to get it cleaned. I am a little disappointed in this item. I have ordered many items from zales and this is the first one that I have recieved like this. November 23, 2007
