POOR QUALITY I purchased these for my mother for Mother's Day. They arrived missing a diamond. My mom tried to exchanged them in the store and they wanted to charge her more money to do so because the earrings in the store were not the same price. So, my mom boxed them up and returned them for an exchange. Instead of just sending her another pair, I had to reorder them once Zales issued a credit for them. Well, they arrived Friday (on her birthday no less) AND they were also missing a diamond! Evidently Zales does not have a Quality Control Department. IF I had a customer return a pair of earrings because a diamond was missing, I would make sure when I shipped out the second pair that they would not be missing a diamond! This has just been too much trouble. I am having my mom return the earrings and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Makes you wonder if they sell better quality merchandise in the store and "seconds" online since you cannot go to the store to exchange defective merchandise. BE CAREFUL ORDERING ONLINE!!
