Not as good as pictured I bought this for myself for Christmas from my 2 year old daughter. I was so excited to get it! Took 2 months to receive it from the date of purchase. When I did receive it, her name is so tiny I can't even read it without a magnifying glass. The birthdate is readable however. I wore it for a day and the stone fell out. I did find the stone and took them both into our Zales store here. They said my stone was slightly smaller than it was supposed to be so thats why it didn't fit in the prongs right. They did fix it for me for free. I got it back after a week and its fine now. Some of the reviews made it sound like the ring was going to be really really thin and I didn't think it was. I like it I bought this ring as a gift to myself for my first mothers day. I love the fact that not only does it have my son's birthstone but also his name and his birthdate on it. The only complaint is the ring is so thin that the name is barely readable because the font has to be so small. All in all a good value for the cost. May 24, 2008
Disapointed in size I saw this ring online and the inscription looked great. Once I received my ring I was disapointed. My son's name was so small you have to look carefully at it to read what it says. The date, however, is large but needs to have darker filling so it is easier to read. The way it looks online and when you actually get it is totally different. Online the inscription seems very nice & easy to read but wasn't the same once I actually got it. February 27, 2008
Unhappy with font size I recently got my ring for Christmas althought I didn't recieve it till after Christmas. I am very upset with the font size of the name. It is not the same size as the date so therefore it looks like a wedding ring until you look so close you see my son's name. I am a single mother so I chose this ring because it had his name on it. I am hoping if I go to a store they can fix it or order me a new one at no cost. I love the ring itself but the name and date is poorly done. January 14, 2008
