defective ring sent to me I ordered this as a replacement ring after searching for one that I liked a few months. When it arrived I was very excited to wear it but noticed one of the 4mm stones looked a bit crooked.. I'm glad I took a few minutes to check the other stones! All three middle stones are very loosely set and wiggle easily. After contacting customer care, they told me I can either take the ring in to have the stones set properly or return it as "defective" and wait another 2 weeks for a new one in the mail. Overall it was a good value for being gold instead of silver- I just wish the products were inspected thoroughly before being sent out to avoid defective items being sent... May 4, 2013

Absolutley perfect! My fiance bought me this ring after we looked at what seemed like a million pictures, I knew I wanted something in white gold and princess cut but wasn't too keen on cubic zirconia and didn't want diamonds for fear I would lose the ring. These white Sapphires are beautiful and sparkly! Any girl would love this ring! The band isnt too thick and the stones on the side do not rub the sides of your other fingers. It does not look cheap and gaudy, the stones are a great size. My pictures are of a size 7. February 28, 2013
