Poor quality I got this as a gift that I requested. It is small in person and not quite as sparkly. It also catches on fabric and can get hair/fuzz caught in it sometimes. I didn't mind this ring too much until recently. I've owned this ring just shy of 4 months and 2 diamonds have fallen out. I won't be looking at zales products again. March 24, 2013

Gift from boyfriend This ring is beautiful I absolutely love it! Received it as a christmas gift from my boyfriend and it looks so good! The only problem was that about a month after I got it, a diamond fell out so I took it to a store but they couldn't do anything. I then called customer service and the representative told me I could return it and get my money back, but that they couldn't fix it and they couldn't give me a new one because it was out of stock. He did offer me 10% off a purchase of a new, different ring. I called back the next day and this time the ring was in stock so I was able to mail back the broken ring and get a new one for the same price! It was a little inconvenient but it was great customer service and I didn't pay any extra to get the new ring! Definitely recommend this product and Zales! February 17, 2013
