Missing Diamonds I fell in love with this ring the first time I tried it on. I had been looking for a ring like this that was in my fiancé and I's price range for several months so we were ecstatic when we found this in Atlanta. He bought it that day, which was May 2012. He proposed in August 2012. It is now November 2012 and in the last month, two of the small diamonds on the band have fallen out. Zales replaced the diamond the first time free of charge, as we have the insurance policy. I have not had a chance to get to the store this week since the second has fallen out, but I'm expecting it to be taken care of with the insurance policy as well. I absolutely love the ring. It is beautiful on my finger and I get compliments on it all the time. As much as I love it though, my fiancé and I are EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality. We felt confident in this purchase at first, but are now doubting it. It seems absurd that two diamonds should fall out within six months of purchase. I'm really hoping I don't have to keep replacing diamonds on my ring every few months. November 7, 2012
