Diamond Fell Out :( I purchased this ring back in May and posted a review (below) shortly after. About a month after purchase, however, a diamond in the surrounding halo fell out. I'm not sure if my particular ring was defected or if it's how they're all designed, but I decided to purchase a completely different item just in case. Zales was also VERY cooperative and helpful with the return process and I was refunded my money within days of my return. My only complaint is that I was sent an e-mail telling me that I could return/exchange the piece in-store, but I couldn't (maybe consider editing the e-mail that goes out for returns!) and ended up returning it via mail. Beautiful! This ring is definitely an eye-catcher. The center stone is a little large, which I was skeptical about when ordering online, but it's not overwhelming in person. I love that it has true diamond accents; they make the ring pop. My only problem with it is that the band is thinner than I hoped for! May 23, 2012
