Words can't describe! My fiance and I picked out my ring together. I originally just wanted a solitaire diamond-no accents or colored stones. We spent an hour looking at rings before they pulled this one out of the case. As soon as I put it on my finger my fiance and I both knew that was the one. Perfection! This ring provides a beautiful classic style with a vintage touch as a result of the diamonds on the prongs. I've had this ring on for about 3 months and it still sparkles as much as the day I received it. I LOVE the addition of the blue sapphires along with their meaning. The gold band has resisted wear and is extremely comfortable with the rounded edges and thin nature of the band. The cathedral style band really adds to the sophistication of this ring. The size of the diamond is perfect, not too gaudy and not too small. The carat size provides an amazing value since it's slightly under 1 carat but over a half calf, where the cost often significantly increases. I have received so many compliments about how well done this ring was set and how unique it is. I look forward to purchasing the matching band, earrings, and necklace! November 12, 2012
I can't wait to wear this ring! My boyfriend and I have been shopping around for the perfect ring. I love princess-cut solitaires but we were having trouble finding something in our price range that felt "right" for me - I like a thinner band, and I didn't want the diamond to sit too high because I'm pretty clumsy and was afraid it would catch on things. No matter how many rings I try on, I keep coming back to this one. The band is thin but rounded and very comfortable on my finger. It's the perfect height - visibly an engagement ring but not standing so tall that I'll bump it into every corner. I have shorter fingers, and it looks great on my hand - bigger than the 1/2 carat it is! The sapphire is a sweet, surprise touch that makes this ring so different from any solitaire in the store. I fell in love with it and he did too! I got engaged in January and I LOVE my ring. I even got a Zales sapphire/diamond wedding band (pictured with the ring) to go with it. From the top it looks like your run of the mill princess cut, but from the side it looks so great. Everyone talked about how unique and beautiful it was. I'm actually theming my wedding around "sapphire" However, my only complaint is that the bottom prongs on the diamond V cut into my finger if I bump my hand at the wrong angle. May 15, 2012
