Elegant and sparkly My fiance and I are getting married soon and wanted to just buy wedding bands for now as our budget doesn't currently allow for an engagement ring. After looking at the Vera Wang LOVE collection online, I knew I wanted to look at the bands in the store and WOW, I could not stop staring at them. This band is exactly what I was looking for: simple and elegant, yet has just enough bling. I am so happy with this purchase and I can't wait to be able to wear the ring every day. My fiance is going back sometime after our wedding to buy a matching engagement ring and this ring looked perfect with every single one I tried on. However, I chose the 3/4 carat diamond frame ring. Bling bling! My husband and I chose this ring to go along with the 1/2 c. celebration solitaire. Though the diamonds are small, there are so many of them that the ring just glitters in the light. It's a very lovely combination! I would definitely go to a store if you are seriously considering this ring to pair with an engagement ring. Because it is so blingy, it will probably be better with simple solitaires. Actually, we tried to see what it would look like with a nice "master" cut diamond solitaire...... and it outshone the master cut! I agree with the nurse reviewer: it is a lovely band alone, and perfect for people who have to wear gloves on a daily basis. It is classic but also contemporary with the two rows of diamonds. Nice Ring! This is a nice, sparkly wedding band that can be worn with or without the engagement ring. I bought this so I can work in this ring (I'm a nurse and need something easy to slip gloves on and off) and it's perfect! YAY Vera! October 29, 2011
