Paying for the name Initially, was impressed by my then-fiance's decision to purchase me a Vera Wang engagement ring. After shopping for an accompanying wedding band, I discovered my ring by Vera Wang was extremely overpriced. Had my fiance selected a ring, without the Vera Wang name, we could have gotten a bigger and less cloudier center diamond. To add injury to insult, within 4 months of purchase, one of my side diamonds feel out. I wish my now-husband would not have relied on the Vera Wang name alone in his purchasing decision. Reviews from customers on this and other sites reveal a poor product. October 11, 2012
