Most special birthday gift My daughter loves kittens and this necklace is so sweet. This review is really more about the wonderful and compassionate service I received from Zales. This gift was especially meaningful because my son helped me pick it out for my daughter two days before his unexpected death. Since she had just moved to California, we had sent it to her out there. When we realized she would be here for her beloved brother's funeral I contacted Customer Service to request it be sent here instead. I received a prompt answer from them saying they would do everything possible. A couple of days later I received notification that the gift had shipped to California. Imagine our surprise and delight when this beautiful necklace was delivered to our home in Chicago on the day of my son's funeral.
