My boyfriend just joined the army and we are both seventeen, too early for marriage. He wanted a symbol that we would stay together, so we decided on promise rings. This ring worked out because you can engrave it, and I did. The ring fits pretty good. My only complaint, would maybe be the engraving is a bit shallow and hard to see.

áby GirlyTomboy He loved it :)
Got the ring in a size 9.5 and the 6 mm is a good size band. Ring wasn't bulky or thick. I love that the ring was so soft and smooth. Its very comfortable for him to wear. The ring is very shiny and that polish finish is reflective. It does have a "China" stamping (not engraved) but its just a branding with QG and "Stainless Steel" written above "China". This wasn't an issue for us because it's written very very tiny and isn't stamp in black. The engraving really helps overseeing that part. I didn't like that the engraving wasn't done deep, it's more like an etching. I really hope it last and doesn't wear off because the engraving still makes the ring beautiful, personal, and romantic. Ring does scratch and I am sure over time the polish finish will become dull but that's what the Zales Service Plan is for. The plan does include polishing and I was told, re-sizing. Overall this ring was perfect and it was exactly what I was looking for and what I expected.

áby MistyD Nice ring
My husband likes this ring. He's not really a jewelry guy but we got this for his wedding band and he says it's very comfortable.
Pros: it's small enough for the man who doesn't like jewelry, it has a nice shine, it was a great price
Cons: it scuffed very quickly (we've been married for 2 weeks), the engraving is TINY it's very hard to see. (Used the contemporary font)
