Shipping Your Order

Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the item(s) you purchase, destination of your order, and the shipping method you select. Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 11:00 a.m. CT or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Please Note: Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our distribution center. See Estimated Delivery Day for additional information on calculating your package arrival. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order (see below for details).

Exceptions to our delivery time frame:

  • Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Zales.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
  • If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Zales, Zales.com or FedEx, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, Zales.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.

Special Exceptions
RING SIZING: Rings ship in their standard size (7 for ladies and 10 for men) unless a specific size is selected. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for delivery of specified sizes (ex. 5, 8, 11, etc.).
FedEx Overnight and Saturday Delivery are only available for in-stock items that do not require ring sizing or personalization.


General Shipping Information

  • Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $100 or more for your protection. FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.

  • Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 a.m. Central time or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Most packages leave our distribution center in 1-2 business days. Exceptions include items that require ring sizing, are out of stock, and items that are personalized.

  • Shipping non-standard ring size: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days if you have requested a ring in a non-standard size. Standard ring size information is located on the product page.

  • Add time based on the shipping method selected:

    • FedEx Express Saver®: within 3 business days
    • FedEx 2 Day®: within 2 business days
    • FedEx Standard Overnight®: within 1 business day

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx Saturday® are not available for a "Special Order Item" as identified in the Delivery Information section of the product page.

  • Customers can request their FedEx tracking number from Zales by calling 1-800-311-JEWEL (5393).

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • FedEx Saturday® is only available for orders placed on Thursday (after 11:00 a.m. Central) through Friday (before 11:00 a.m. Central). Delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) to find out if this service is available in your area before selecting it as your preferred shipping method.

  • APO/FPO and PO Boxes may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and will require additional time for delivery.

  • Please call our customer service center at 1-800-311-JEWEL (5393) if you have any questions.

*Ship-to-Store Delivery

  • Normal processing times are required with the Ship-to-Store delivery process.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx Saturday delivery are not available when using Ship-to-Store delivery.

**FedEx Standard Overnight® Delivery

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery is only available for in-stock items that do not require personalization or additional processing time, such as ring sizing.

  • Orders for FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery must be placed prior to 11:00 a.m. CT to be received on the next business day by 5:00 p.m.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® is not available for orders to U.S. territories, Alaska or Hawaii. FedEx Overnight delivery is available in most areas. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) for more details.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery is not available for our "Special Order Items" as identified in the Delivery Information section of the product page.

***FedEx Saturday® Delivery

  • FedEx Saturday® delivery is only available for in-stock items that do not require personalization or additional processing time, such as ring sizing.
