You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
Please note that your original shipping and handling, or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Zales Gift Card and eGift Card Credit
Zales Gift Cards:
- If you return your item(s) by mail, credit will either be applied to your original gift card, or a new gift card will be issued and mailed to you.
- If you return your item(s) to a Zales or a Zales Outlet retail store, you will be issued a new gift card (for use in-store or online).
Zales.com eGift Cards:
- If you return your item(s) by mail, credit will be applied to your original Zales.com eGift Card.
- You may not return items purchased with a Zales.com eGift Card to a Zales or Zales Outlet retail store. Please use the provided pre-paid FedEx Return Label in your package for returning your items. If a label was not included, please contact 1-800-311-JEWEL (5393) and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.
