Tracking Your Order

At our distribution center, order tracking is assigned to UPS and USPS packages, almost immediately after your item has shipped. Your shipment confirmation email contains a link to Order Status where you can find your tracking number. You may obtain your tracking number by contacting our customer service center at 1-800-311-JEWEL (5393) or by accessing their order details in Order Status.

The status of your order is easy to find.

Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
Ensure delivery of all order status communications by adding to your email address book or contact list.

Visit the Web site. Click on "My Account" or "Order Status" at the top of the page to view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.

Order Status represents where in the process your order exists from the time you place the order to the time it ships from our distribution center. Once your order leaves the distribution center, the package is handled by a carrier (such as UPS or USPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from "Order Status" when it becomes available.
