Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $100 or more for your protection. FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package to Zales.com.

Zales.com provides various shipping methods for your convenience.

What could delay my order?
Zales.com is committed to protecting our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of all orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days before being approved for shipment. Orders requiring non-standard ring sizing take up to 2 additional days to complete.

Once your item has left our distribution center, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.

How do I view the status of my order?
View the status of your most recent order by visiting the Order Status page. You will need your order number and billing address ZIP code. Please note: It may take up to 1 hour for your order information to appear.

Standard Status Messages
Submitted and processing Your order has been submitted and the information you entered during checkout is being processed.
Item(s) located in stock The items that you selected and submitted with your order during checkout are available and have been located in our distribution center.
Shipped on: 00/00/0000 The items have shipped from our distribution center and are on their way to the shipping destination indicated by you during checkout.

How do I track the location of my package?
Customers can request their FedEx tracking number from Zales by calling our customer service center at 1-800-311-JEWEL (5393).

FedEx tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipment with your order information. Tracking information for an order shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) is not available.
