Can I go to my local Zales or Zales Outlet store and purchase an item that I saw online or in an insert?
Many of the items that are offered online or in our inserts can be purchased at your local Zales or Zales Outlet store. However, Zales.com and our Zales outlet area do carry Clearance and special Online Exclusive items that will not be in your local retail stores.

Also, your local Zales and Zales Outlet store may carry some items that are not offered online. Be sure to call ahead to make sure the item you want is in stock. Use our store locator to find the Zales and Zales Outlet nearest to you.
